Triumph's New Sexiest Model : Fabulous Five

Five new Triumph models were launched during the Triumph Heritage Day...More sexiest, and more powerful.

Triumph Speed Triple

The award-winning Street Triple gets a new twin beam frame and revised geometry for better handling, agility and precision. There's a new lowboy stainless steel exhaust, which lowers the centre of gravity and helps contribute to a 183kg kerb weight; a substantial 6kg less than the outgoing model. KYB suspension, 310mm floating discs with Nissian callipers and optional ABS brakes take care of handling and braking duties. With 106hp and 68Nm from its 675cc motor, this is one quick naked bike.

Triumph Street Triple R

Distinguished by its red rear subframe, red radiator cowls, and red pinstripe detailing to the wheels, the Street Triple R adds a fully adjustable front fork, rear shock with preload and rebound adjustments as well as more powerful four-piston Nissin radial callipers to the regular Street Triple recipe. There is no added power but it should prove to be a more focussed track tool.

Triumph Daytona 675

The Triumph Daytona 675 raises the middleweight bar yet again in 2013 with an all-new engine, new frame, sophisticated new bodywork and a host of other changes. With the latest fixed cartridge forks from KYB, a revised rear shock, new light-weight wheels and new switchable ABS system, the Triumph Daytona 675 is ready to set the streets and track alight.
