Ticket RM10 Malaysia vs Manchester City

KUALA LUMPUR: Some 15,000 tickets for the football match between Malaysia and Manchester City, at a price of RM10 each, will be made available at designated booths throughout the 1Malaysia For Youth (1M4U) event at the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) tomorrow.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, who announced this on his Facebook and Twitter pages, said that a significant part of the proceeds would be going to a charity in Malaysia. 

"Following a statement issued by Manchester City Football Club (MCFC), I am pleased to announce that Malaysian football fans will have the opportunity to watch the match between Malaysia and Manchester City Football Club at a very special price.

"As a start, I have requested that 15,000 tickets be made available at the designated booths throughout the 1M4U event at KLCC tomorrow. The price ofthe ticket is capped at RM10 each. See you there!," he said on his latest Facebook posting, here, last night.

The friendly match will start at 9.45pm on July 30 at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil here.
Earlier, MCFC had, in a statement, said the charitable initiative for the match would see 60 per cent of the proceeds from ticketing being donated to Yayasan 1Malaysia Development Berhad. 

During their short trip to Kuala Lumpur, Manchester City will also take part in an open training session, a meet-and-greet session with their fans in Malaysia, in addition to holding various soccer school clinics. Bernama.
